We do not allow refunds for any of our services and product. When you make a purchase, you agree to all our terms which means you are satisfied with our product or service. Against your payment, we provide you access of our TrendChecker indicator and show you the methods of trading that are not available otherwise. This information itself is the product for which we were paid and as our service is teaching class consultation, we provide susceptible and essential information that can not be undone in any way possible.

We are not required to process a refund under any other circumstance, including if you forgot about your subscription details.  it is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription.
